One person was injured in a collision in Clayton County on Monday morning.
The crash happened shortly after 10 am at the intersection of Highway 52 and Highway 13.
The Iowa State Patrol says 96-year old Hilarey Recker of Oelwein was driving eastbound on Highway 13 when she failed to stop at the stop sign before turning north onto Highway 52. A northbound semi struck her car, with the semi ending up in the southbound ditch.
Recker was injured and transported to Emplify Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
The semi driver, 44-year old Jacob Lehman of New Vienna, was not hurt.
