The former Franklin Street Brewery building in Manchester will be getting new life.
Local business owner Mitch Peyton says four families are investing in a venture that will include a restaurant and three second-story loft-style apartments.
He says there may be some cosmetic touches that resemble the former brewery, but overall, the restaurant will be focused on providing an elevated dining experience.
Peyton says they’re still in the early stages right now, with hopes to make some major progress over the next year.
He hopes this project might help get the ball rolling in the Manchester community for potential investors and entrepreneurs.
