DCPH Partnering with UnityPoint VNA to Host Free HIV, Hep C and Syphilis Testing

Delaware County Public Health is partnering with UnityPoint Health – Visiting Nurse Association to offer several important health screenings.

They’re hosting a series of free, confidential, walk-in testing clinics for HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis.

This public health initiative is designed to increase screening access in the community and encourage proactive healthcare. “Screening for HIV, Hep C and Syphilis is an important part of complete healthcare, and knowing your status is the first step toward treatment and prevention,” shared Krystle DeShaw, DCPH Administrator. “By partnering with the UnityPoint VNA, we are making these essential screenings easily accessible and completely confidential for all Delaware County residents.”

The screenings are open to the public on a walk-in basis. These will be held at the Regional Medical Center East Office Building at 613 West Main Street in Manchester.

The screenings will be held:

  • Monday, December 8th from noon to 4 pm
  • Monday, January 5th from noon to 4 pm

You may be eligible for a gift card if you complete the testing. For more information, you can contact UnityPoint Health VNA by calling 563-542-5421.
