Motor Mill Bridge Lighting and Open House

Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the historic Motor Mill in Clayton County this weekend.

The annual Motor Mill Bridge Lighting and Open House will take place on Saturday from 4 to 6 pm.

Join Clayton County Conservation for an evening of lights, holiday treats, and memories of Christmas past as they decorate the Inn and light up the bridge. Each year, local elves come together to work hard lighting up the bridge for all to enjoy. So head over the river and through the woods to Motor Mill for a festive evening in a beautiful and historic setting. The display of lights will be turned on at 5 pm.

The Motor Mill Historic Site is located at 28518 Galaxy Road southeast of Elkader.

This is the 9th year for the event.
