Werner Returning to Manchester for Community Childcare Benefit Concert

A West Delaware alum will be returning to Manchester on Friday night for a special concert.
Singer-songwriter Susan Werner grew up on her family’s farm near Manchester and became interested in music at a young age.
Performing around Philadelphia, Boston and New York City, Werner began making a name for herself in the folk scene of the early 1990’s. She’s recorded a number of albums, working with such artists as Rodney Crowell and Vince Gill. Tom Jones recorded a song from one of Werner’s albums for his album.
Werner’s homecoming on Friday night is a concert at West Delaware’s Hanson Auditorium, with the proceeds to benefit Community Childcare of Manchester.
Friday’s concert, “An Evening with Susan Werner”, will begin at 7 pm. Seating is reserved – get your tickets online at hansonauditorium.com.
