Northwestern Mutual’s Cheers for Fears Raises Over $35,000

Northwestern Mutual in Manchester has raised over $35,000 through their annual Cheers for Fears fundraiser.
Cheers for Fears, a Halloween costume dance and live auction, was held November 1st in Ryan.
“Our fundraiser was such a success thanks to everyone who showed up and gave so generously,” says Mitch Peyton, Wealth Management Advisor. “We’re proud to have raised this amount of money for childhood cancer research-one of the most underfunded areas in cancer. Every dollar makes a difference and we’re grateful to be part of something that brings hope to families.”
Proceeds will be donated to University of Iowa Children’s Hospital Pediatric Oncology research, as well as to the Pediatric Oncology Nurses Fund, which was established by Northwestern Mutual.
