Nomination Packets Available for Delaware County Primary Candidates

Nominations packets are now available for those wanting to appear on Delaware County’s Primary Election ballot.
The Primary Election will be held June 2nd, with seats up for election in Delaware County this year including County Supervisor District 3, County Treasurer, County Recorder, and County Attorney. Democratic and Republican candidates for those offices must file nomination papers in the Delaware County Auditor’s Office between March 2nd and March 20th. The nomination petitions for all candidates must contain the signatures of at least 75 eligible electors who live within Delaware County.
Non-partisan candidates for these county offices will need to file candidate paperwork in the Auditor’s Office between March 2nd and June 2nd for the November 3rd General Election. Non-partisan candidates for county offices must also gather the signatures of at least 75 eligible electors who live within Delaware County.
Nomination packets are now available in the Delaware County Auditor’s Office – the packets are also available on the Delaware County website and the Secretary of State’s website.
