A motorcyclist was injured in a crash east of Troy Mills on Saturday afternoon.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says emergency personnel were dispatched to an accident at Coggon Road and Dix Road shortly after 2 pm.
Authorities say a motorcycle driven by Jesse Wolfe was traveling west on Coggon Road when it lost control, entering into the north ditch and hitting a ditch culvert.
Wolfe was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for what was believed to be minor injuries. He was not wearing a helmet.
The accident remains under investigation.
