Anderson Street Project in Manchester Underway

The Anderson Street project is underway in Manchester.

The project covers Anderson Street from East Main Street to Union Street. It’s a complete reconstruction consisting of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, sub-drain and a new concrete surface. 

The cost for the project totals one-point-one-four million dollars. 

Street Superintendent Jason Haight says street access will be very limited during the project, so they’re asking residents to use the side streets for parking and access to their homes. 

Haight says the Anderson Street project is expected to be completed in early September, but weather permitting, they’re hoping to complete it sooner.
