Strawberry Days is this weekend – and Point Vision is inviting everyone to participate in their first-ever Pickleball Tournament.
Elaine Houska is a member of Point Vision.
The Pickleball Tournament will be held Saturday at 1 pm at Strawberry Point’s Campbell Park.
Houska says this is the first year for the event.
Saturday’s Pickleball Tournament is open to anyone of any age. You can sign up on Point Vision’s Facebook page – they will also allow same-day sign-up by noon on Saturday.
Houska says Point Vision and the projects they’re working on – like the pickleball courts and this Saturday’s tournament – is all about bringing people together in Strawberry Point..
Strawberry Days runs Friday through Sunday – we’ll talk more about the annual festival during our Guest of the Day segment on Wednesday at 9:30 am.
