Large Turnout for Hopkinton’s Color Craze

The streets of Hopkinton were filled with color on Sunday.

It was a beautiful day for the Color Craze – hosted by the Friends of the Hopkinton Library. Runners and walkers came to the Lenox College campus to participate in a 2K.

Mary Ries was working with her husband to blast runners and walkers with pink as they crossed the finish line.

Hopkinton Library Director Kim Albright says they were thrilled to see a record turnout this year, with around two hundred forty participants from Hopkinton and surrounding communities – and all the proceeds are going to a great cause.

The Color Craze also featured some new inflatable games this year, with participants enjoying those after the run/walk.
