Major League Baseball’s game at the Field of Dreams’ new professional ballpark is coming up next week on Thursday night, August 13th.
And the Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce is asking for the community’s help.
The Chamber says 85 volunteers are needed at the Field of Dreams’ professional ballpark as Major League Baseball prepares for the big game. The volunteers will portray the ballplayers as they walk out of the corn before the game – this is to get the timing down for the camera crews.
Volunteer times would include:
Tuesday, August 11th from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wednesday, August 12th from 5 – 9 pm
Thursday, August 13th from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
