Delaware County Pay It Forward has moved their Family Fun Fest to tonight.
The event was originally scheduled for Tuesday night, but due to the threat of rain and storms, organizers decided to postpone it tonight.
It’s their sixth year for the event, which underwent a name change last year as it used to be known as “Back the Blue”. Missy McIntyre says the idea to change it was just to spread funds and awareness to more causes across Delaware County.
Teri Klaren says tonight’s Family Fun Fest runs from 4 to 8 pm at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Manchester.
McIntyre says six community members have agreed to be candidates for this year’s “Pie in the Face” contest tonight.
Family Fun Fest is free to attend, thanks to the sponsors and donors who support the event.
