The Delaware County Zoning Commission is hosting a public hearing on Wednesday.
The public hearing is in regards to the rezoning of 2204 320th Street Hopkinton. Applicant Compass Mining Inc and owner Dale Hosch is proposing to rezone the property from A-1 Agricultural to l-1 Light Industrial.

The public hearing will take place at 1 pm at the Delaware County Courthouse’s conference room in the basement. Oral and written questions and comments are welcome and will be limited to three minutes each.
