NICC Manchester Center Hosting Open House at New Location

The NICC Manchester Center has a new home.

For the past fifteen years, NICC was based out of the Dupaco Community Credit Union facility along West Main Street – but this summer, they’ve made the move to 408 East Clara Avenue near the West Delaware high school campus. 

NICC Manchester Center Director Ed Vance says the idea came up about a year ago.

This move marks the beginning of a new chapter in community-focused education – made possible through a strategic partnership with NICC, the West Delaware County Community School District and the City of Manchester. Vance says the center’s new location provides a couple of big benefits – including easier access for students near the West Delaware campus and expanded space.

The new location of the NICC Manchester Center will also bring students new opportunities, including the launch of the Healthcare Academy – a program specifically designed to address critical workforce gaps in the local healthcare industry.

The public is invited to come check out the new NICC Manchester Center location during an open house on Wednesday from 3:45 to 7 pm.
