Beckman Catholic High School in Dyersville has announced this year’s inductees for their Hall of Fame.
The inductees for 2026 include:
- Athlete – Gregg Recker ‘94
- Distinguished Alumnus – Kay Klaren ‘77
- Distinguished Friend of Beckman – Leon and Karen Funke (posthumously)
- Athletic Team – 2013 Baseball State Championship Team (includes Head Coach, the late Tom Jenk. Jr.; Assistant Coaches, Fred Martin and Jimmy Boeckenstedt; and team members, Michael Boeckenstedt, Nathan Digmann, Todd Engelken, Mitch Kruse, Levi Lawrence, Joe Lehmann, Adam Noethe, Ian Ross, Dakota Rueber, Tony Anstoetter, Nic Houselog, Tyler Knepper, Ben Loeffelholz, Sam Deutmeyer, Zac Lyon, Hunter Sabers, Mitch Steger, Riley Vorwald, Eric Boeckenstedt, Conner Klostermann and Logan Welling).
The 2026 induction ceremony for the Beckman Catholic Hall of Fame will be held on Friday, September 18th in conjunction with the school’s homecoming activities. The ceremony will take place in the Beckman auditorium beginning at 5 pm. Friends, families and the public are invited to attend.
