Delaware County Assessor Retiring in Early December

One of Delaware County’s officials will be retiring later this year.

Delaware County Assessor Dan Lett’s letter of retirement was acknowledged by the County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday.

Lett was hired as the County Assessor in February 2017. His retirement is effective December 4th.

The County Assessor is an appointed paid full-time position. The Conference Board will need to meet to acknowledge receipt of Lett’s letter of resignation/retirement and direct the County Examining Board on the next steps moving forward.
