The New Vienna Benefit Tractor Pull is Sunday. It’s the 28th year for the annual event, and every year, the proceeds are donated to someone in need in the community. This year’s tractor pull will benefit 3-year old Rebecca Digmann of Dyersville. Rebecca, the daughter of Tony and Stephanie Digmann, is currently being treated for leukemia.
Gary Willenborg of New Vienna, one of the founders and organizers of the Benefit Tractor Pull, says all the action gets underway at 11 am south of the New Vienna ball diamond just off Highway 136.
Sunday’s New Vienna Benefit Tractor Pull will also include a kids’ pedal pull at 1 o’clock, along with live and silent auctions. A lunchstand will also be on the grounds. And the KMCH Citizens State Bank Cash Cube will be there from 11 to 1.
