Virginia Lea Robinson,70, of Central City, passed away in her home on Thursday, October 9, 2014. She was born on May 2, 1944, in Manchester, the daughter of Frank and Matilda (Schaffer) Fisher. She was raised and educated in the area.
On January 9, 1962, Virginia was united in marriage to James Robinson. Three children were born to this union. James passed away in 1992. Virginia worked at Hardees in Manchester. In 1998, Virginia married Clifford Fritz. They made their home together in Central City. Clifford passed away in 2004.
Virginia liked fishing, trapping, and being outdoors. She also enjoyed ordering items from television and magazines. Virginia liked attending stock car races and gambling. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, David (Cheryl) Robinson of Hazleton, Gregory Robinson of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Kelley (Mike) Murray of Marion; a stepson, Larry Fritz of Central City; seven grandchildren; and her sister, Dorothy Patton of Coggon.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands; a brother, Frank Fisher, Jr.; and a sister, Beulah Turner.
