You have the power to win 100-thousand dollars for West Delaware High School… West Delaware is participating in State Farm’s “Celebrate My Drive” Safe Driving Program, a campaign that unites teens, parents, school officials and community members around teen driver safety. And since West Delaware is participating, they are eligible for one of several large grants. All you need to do to help them win a grant is go online, make a commitment to driving safe and vote for their school. Anyone 14 and older can do this once a day now through next Friday – just go to http://www.celebratemydrive.com/commit, fill out the information, vote for West Delaware High School and submit your entry. It only takes a few minutes. West Delaware is competing with schools from across the country. The school with the most votes wins a 100-thousand dollar grant and a private concert by The Band Perry. The four runners-up win 100-thousand dollars and forty-five schools will win 25-thousand dollars. Western Dubuque High School finished as one of the top schools in the country last year and received a 100-thousand dollar grant. The contest runs through next Friday, October 24th, so get online and vote.
