Authorities have released details on a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 20 Wednesday night. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says a car lost control while heading east and crossed the median, colliding with a car in the westbound lane. Authorities say it was not a head-on collision. The driver of the eastbound car, 23-year old Jonathan Grow of Dyersville, was not hurt in the accident. The other driver, 20-year old Kaylee Baish of Dekalb, Illinois, was taken to Regional Medical Center to be checked for injuries and later released. Grow, who told authorities he likely lost control because his car’s tires were bald, has been cited for failing to maintain control.
