The Manchester Regional Education Partnership Center is holding an open house later this month to showcase its new Project Lead the Way classroom. Project Lead the Way courses offer students a new, more dynamic learning environment that holds high standards and develops better students and teachers. The courses use a design process to allow students to create, test and design, and the classes are hands-on in nature. They contain an activity and project and they’re problem-based. On Wednesday night, December 17th, the public is invited to stop by the M-REP Center to tour the new state-of-the-art innovated classroom, see a 3-D printer and computer numerical control training equipment and learn more about upcoming Project Lead the Way classes. The open house will run from 4 to 7 pm.
