Four Olin residents were injured in an accident in Linn County Saturday night. The Sheriff’s Office says emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Springville Road and Secrist Road shortly after 9 pm. An eastbound vehicle on Secrist Road failed to stop at the stop sign at the T-intersection. The vehicle crossed Springville Road and went into the ditch. The driver, 41-year old Ryann Sarabia Feddersen, and three passengers, 17-year old Teresha Sarabia of Olin, 16-year old Joshua Sarabia and 13-year old Nicole Sarabia, were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Authorities say their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. Charges are pending and the crash remains under investigation.
