Dyersville Chamber Receives Tourism Grant to Create Maps

The Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce was the recipient of an Iowa Economic
Development Authority (IEDA) FY2016 Iowa Tourism Grant. This grant has allowed the
Dyersville Area Chamber to create and print 100,000 tear away maps to assist in increasing
tourism in our area.
The project, titled “Map Your Trip Through the Dyersville Area,” will provide tourists with an
attractive and useful way to gain access to information in the area and entice them to stay a
little longer.
“The Dyersville area has a lot for people to do and see, but most people don’t realize it,” shared
Jessica Pape, Assistant Director of the Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce. “We have a lot of
people who stop in from all over the world and are impressed by not only what Iowa has to
offer, but the Dyersville area in itself as well. We can cater to just about everyone!”
Businesses who are interested in making maps available at their location should contact Jessica
at the Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce at 875-2311 or dyersvillechamber@dyersville.org.
