Klink Pleads Not Guilty In W. Delaware School Bus Crash

An Arlington man accused of having meth in his system when he crashed into a West Delaware School bus on October 1st has pleaded not guilty.  41 year old Monte Klink entered not-guilty pleas in Delaware County District Court on two counts of serious injury by vehicle and one count each of second-offense operating while intoxicated, failure to obey a yield sign and failure to provide proof of insurance. Klink was driving on 200th Avenue on Oct. 1 when he failed to yield at the intersection with 195th Street near Manchester when he struck a West Delaware school bus that was transporting 32 students, all of which were taken to Regional Medical Center.  Klink’s next court date is set for March 9.
