Two Development agreements were approved by the Manchester City Council Monday evening. Agreements were OK’d for BARD Concrete and Fastenal. An agreement for Norby’s Farm Fleet will be approved after the City finalizes the cost of a road on the west side of the building. City Manager Tim Vick explains the purpose of the agreements:

Also at Monday night’s meeting a former city employee questioned the council on how many signautres would be needed on a petition to remove the City Manager. The City Attorney said that according to the city ordinance, that type of decision is up to the City Council.
