Steve G. Massingham, 51, of Manchester, Iowa and Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, near Manchester. He was born on June 21, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Frank and Wanda (Williams) Massingham. He resided in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, with his wife, Sarah and their daughter, Katie Jane.
Steve was an avid bull rider for over 20 years. During his lifetime, he worked as a ferrier and carpenter. More recently his passion was gun collecting and traveling with his good friend to manage gun distribution shows. He will be remembered as one who enjoyed being outdoors spending time hunting and fishing the Alaskan seas. Some of the best memories are with his daughter morel mushroom hunting and roaming the beaches searching for beach glass.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Babb, of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin; his daughter, Katie Jane (Bird) Babb-Massingham, of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin; a son, Lane Massingham, of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his mother, Wanda Webb, of Montgomery, Alabama; and many wonderful close friends.
Steve was preceded was in death by his father, Frank Massingham.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations for a college fund that has been developed for his daughter Katie Jane.

There will be a Celebration of Steve’s Life later this week in Wisconsin.
