The Edgewood community is hoping to create a museum in town and they’ve raised a significant amount of money so far. Edgewood resident and committee member Art Johnson says they’ve reached 20-thousand dollars of their 80-thousand dollar goal. The museum will be located in the former Edgewood Feed Mill building, which was given to the group by Gerald and Marge Perrinjaquet. Johnson says work on turning the old Feed Mill into a museum will be done in two phases.
Johnson says they feel it’s important to preserve Edgewood’s history and this museum will do that.
