Independence Woman Injured in Fayette Collision

An Independence woman was injured in a collision in Fayette Wednesday morning. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says it happened at the intersection of Highway 150 and Highway 93 shortly after 10 am. An SUV driven by 53-year old Kathryn Moser of Independence struck a pickup truck after the truck failed to yield. Moser’s SUV was totaled. She was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The pickup driver, 73-year old Roger Litterer of Clarksville, was not hurt. He was cited with failing to yield.
