HS Volleyball: West Delaware Stays Unbeaten In WaMaC Conference Play

The Class 3A 4th-ranked West Delaware Hawks improved to 29-2 with a 3-0 sweep of Anamosa last night on the road. The Hawks beat Anamosa for the tenth time in ten seasons as they got off to a slow start in game one only winning 25-17 before taking in the 2nd and 3rd sets, 25-8 and 25-10. Hawks head coach Brett Mather summarizes the match:

The Hawks are now 5-0 in WaMaC East division contests, still in first place, with two matches remaining next week after a week long break:
