HS Basketball: Monday Night’s Results and Tuesday’s Preview

In the battle of top-fifteen ranked Girls High School Basketball Class 2A teams at North Linn High School last night, the 7th-rated Lynx improved to 9-0 with a 46-34 win over No. 12 Cascade who dropped to 7-1. The Lynx got off to a quick scoring the first 11 points in the first quarter while holding the Cougars without a point until late in the first. Lynx head coach Brian Wheatley talks about how pleased he was with his squads mental effort the most:
