The auto repair business opened nearly fifteen years ago in a small shop on the north side of East Main Street. Chris McDowell, who owns and operates the business with her husband Dan, says they weren’t looking for a new place, but the vacant Redline Powersports building down the street was too good to pass up. They made the move to their new home at 1213 East Main Street on the first of November.
Main Street Repair’s new location is a larger and newer space with better visibility along the road. They’ve made a few changes to the building – including raising the roof in the garage by three feet. But Chris says their services have pretty much stayed the same.
Many of their loyal customers stopped by Main Street Repair’s open house last Friday to help the McDowells celebrate the shop’s new location.
