Delaware County Farm Bureau Hosting “Cram the Cab”

The Delaware County Farm Bureau is hoping to bring some awareness about farming to the crowd at “Rhubarb on the River” this Saturday in Manchester.

The Farm Bureau will be hosting a new event called “Cram the Cab”. The Farm Bureau’s Randy Francois says they’ll be at the Fareway parking lot from 9 to 1 with a tractor and corn planter. They want to give the public a chance to “cram into their cab” and get a glimpse into what being is farmer is all about.

Of course, farmers help feed the world and the Farm Bureau wants to take that a step further by holding a fundraiser as part of their “Cram the Cab” event.

Francois will also be bringing a drone, which he uses to scan his farm fields in just a matter of minutes. Plus, FS and the NRCS will also have educational trailers there.

Once again, Saturday’s “Cram the Cab” runs from 9 to 1 at the Manchester Fareway parking lot.
