Two Arrested after Manchester Drug Investigation

Two people have been arrested following a drug investigation in Manchester.

Manchester Police say the investigation dates back to an incident on April 10th, when they served a search warrant at a home at 817 East Howard Street. During the search, officers discovered several items that led them to believe illegal narcotics were being used and distributed.

On August 7th, police arrested 63-year old Charles Pasker and 34-year old Nicole Kennedy, both of Manchester. They have each been charged with four counts of Child Endangerment, Possession of Marijuana and Gathering Where Marijuana is Used. Pasker also faces two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, which is a Class D felony.

Both Pasker and Kennedy have been released from the Delaware County Jail after posting bond.
