The Sailors set the tone early and controlled the first two sets, winning 25-16 and 25-14 before the Hawks answered with a game 3 win 26-24. The finale was taken by Columbus 25-20. It was the first loss in a regional semifinal for the Hawks program since 2000 and ended their run of regional final appearances at 15 in a row. WD closes at 25-20 and says goodbye to two seniors, Lauren Collier and Kira Vaske.
