HS BOWLING: WD Teams Meet for Regular Season Finale

The regular season comes to a close this afternoon in Farley for the West Delaware and Western Dubuque Bowling teams. The 6-2 Hawk Girls are ranked 4th in 1A with a match average score of 2478, while the Bobcats average 2660 and are No. 3 in 2A with a 8-0 mark. The Bobcats are led by junior Morgan Theisen with an average of 184 and senior Madison Theisen who averages 182. The Hawks are guided by 2-time state champ, senior Andrea Salow who averages 189 and Lorna Niedert with an average of 176.

On the boys side, the Hawks are rated 4th in 1A with a 6-2 record and average 2919. The 2A top-ranked Bobcats are 7-1 and average 3106.

After today, the two schools will be off until the WaMaC Conference Tournament next Saturday February 10th.

All the rolling starts inside Cobra Lanes at 4pm this afternoon.
