Trial has been rescheduled for an Edgewood man facing sexual abuse charges.
Walter Brown’s trial was set to be held this month, but Delaware County Attorney John Bernau tells KMCH it has been pushed back to October 3rd.
Brown was charged last April with two counts of Third Degree Sexual Abuse and one count of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. Authorities say the charges stem from an investigation involving alleged incidents between Brown and three underage girls that took place in Edgewood and rural Clayton County over a period of several years.
Brown remains free on bond.
