West Delaware dropped to 23-14 with a 8-3 loss to Class 3A third-ranked 31-2 Waterloo Columbus in a non-conference contest at Sailor Field last night. The lone offensive highlight was a three-run home run by Freshmen Heather Heims, her fourth of the season. The Hawks will stay on the road tonight when they travel to DeWitt facing the Central Sabers in a WaMaC East side doubleheader beginning at 6pm.
