Dyersville will celebrate a new development and a new business in town this week.
Developers will break ground for a 41-unit senior apartment complex called Rose Garden Senior Living Apartments. The ceremony will take place today at 4 pm at the future location of the complex (at the corner of 6th Street SE and 13th Ave SE), directly west of the new Theisen’s store.
Then on Friday, Advanced Precast Company will cut the ribbon on their new facility in 20 West Industrial Center off Highway 20. The facility, which manufactures concrete tilt-up wall panels, will host tours directly following the ceremony at 2 pm.
Refreshments will be provided for both celebrations. The public is welcome to attend.
