Colesburg Man Sentenced for Burglarizing Gas Station

A Colesburg man has been sentenced for breaking into a gas station.

25-year old Levi Moll was sentenced to serve a 5-year prison term for 3rd Degree Burglary.

The Clayton County Attorney’s Office says Moll was convicted of breaking into the Sears 66 Station in Elkport on November 24th, 2016 with two others and stealing beer and cigarettes. While on probation, he was also charged and convicted in Delaware County with 2nd Degree Burglary.

In addition to his five-year sentence in Clayton County, he was also sentenced to ten years in prison in Delaware County.
