The Dyersville City Council will be reviewing their pool policy.
At their meeting on Monday night, the council heard from several residents who were concerned about the pool closing during scheduled hours. The pool closed early both days last weekend.
The current policy states “the pool will close if zero admissions have occurred for a one-hour period and less than twenty patrons are in attendance. All attending patrons will be provided a 60-minute notification of the early closing.”
The Mayor and City Council are planning a work session with the Park and Recreation Committee on September 24th to review Dyersville’s pool policy, along with other park-related items.
