A special dedication this Saturday for the Vietnam Vets wall on the side of Grumpy Bill’s bar in downtown Manchester.
The wall – which faces the Manchester Whitewater Park – is three years in the making. It has been the vision and dream of William Scott – otherwise known as Grumpy Bill – a Naval Vietnam vet who served two terms of duty.
Rudi Hameister is a friend of Grumpy Bill’s and says the wall is truly impressive.
Hameister says they’ll celebrate the wall on Saturday with a dedication ceremony, food and drinks and live music.
And there will be activities today and tomorrow at the Manchester Airport.
Everyone is welcome to attend Saturday’s event.
