Manchester’s South Tama Street Reduced to One Lane for Two Weeks

South Tama Street in Manchester will be reduced to one lane of traffic over the next couple weeks.

The City of Manchester says crews will be putting in new storm sewer along South Tama from East Main to East Delaware Street. It’s all part of the new building construction going on for Community Savings Bank.

Crews will be removing a portion of the road and all of the curb along the west side of South Tama. Due to the construction fencing, the City will have to close down the southbound lane in the 100 block of South Tama. This will make South Tama a one-way street for about two weeks. The city will have signs posted.

Parking for the Delaware County Courthouse will be available along the east side of South Tama Street.
