Manchester Rotary Hosting Annual Auction

The Manchester Rotary Auction is tonight.

This is a fundraiser started last year by the Rotary Club. Club President Doris Sherman says they’re hoping to raise some funds for the many community projects they’re involved in.

Tonight’s event starts at 5 pm at Old 20 Auctions east of Manchester. It’s open to the public and free to attend. They’ll have food and beverages, with two drawings for half a beef scheduled to take place before the auction around 6:15 pm – tickets are one for $15 or two for $25 – you can purchase those raffle tickets from any Rotary member.

And there are lots of items on the silent and live auction, including a handmade barnwood entertainment stand and tickets for the Iowa/Nebraska football game. You can get a sneak peek at some of the auction items on the Manchester Rotary Club’s Facebook page.
