Edgewood has their very own ice skating rink for the winter.
Chamber Director Elise Bergan says it’s all thanks to a great idea by one of Edgewood’s residents.
Edgewood’s new ice skating rink was just installed Monday night in the city park.
Anyone is welcome to use the ice skating rink at no cost. There are a few things to keep in mind – you must bring your own skates, it is skate at your own risk and it’s only open during park hours until 10 pm. And Bergan says the community is looking forward to using the ice skating rink during Edgewood’s first-ever Winter Festival in January.
Edgewood’s new ice skating rink will be up and available to use through the winter season.
