The sentencing hearing for Arlington farmer and former “Bachelor” star Chris Soules has been rescheduled again.
According to a new court filing on Tuesday, the hearing has been delayed until May 21st. It was previously scheduled for February 12th.
The change is due to a family member of the victim, Kenneth Mosher, being unable to attend the February date.
Our coverage partner, KCRG, says the case would not be able to be heard by the assigned judge until May due to her schedule.
Soules plead guilty in November to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury. He was accused of leaving the scene before authorities arrived after he rear-ended a tractor on a Buchanan County road two years ago.
