A grand opening will be held Monday at the Camp Courageous Garage Sale’s new location in Manchester.
For years, the Camp’s garage sale has been run out of the building at 913 East Main Street – but it has now moved down the street to the old Norby’s building at 1121 East Main.
The Norby family announced late last year that they wanted to donate the building to Camp Courageous. The Camp’s garage sale runs every April through October and is the camp’s largest fundraiser.
Camp Director Charlie Becker says everyone is welcome to help them celebrate by attending the grand opening. The Manchester Chamber Ambassadors will be there at 9 am Monday for a ribbon cutting.
KMCH News Director Janelle Tucker will be covering the event – we’ll have more on this story in Monday’s KMCH Local News at noon.
