JKPL: Strength Training for Older Adluts

Older adults of any age and fitness level are invited to join this 12 week exercise program made possible by a partnership between the Geri-Fit Company and the James Kennedy Public Library. Sessions will be Mondays and Thursdays, August 5th – September 26th at 9:30 am. Most of the exercises will be preformed seated in a char, with no dancing or aerobics involved.
