Manchester experienced some minor flooding on Sunday morning.
After heavy rain on Saturday, the Maquoketa River rose just above the 14-foot flood stage, cresting at 14.58 feet around 3:30 am Sunday.
At 14 feet, water starts to affect West Main Street and homes on the south side of Manchester.
The National Weather Service issued a Flood Warning for Sunday morning.
We’ll get a chance to dry out with a warm, sunny stretch through Wednesday before more rain chances on Thursday and Friday.
