Maquoketa Valley High School is presenting their fall musical this weekend.
It’s called “Bright Star”. And lead actors Paige Panosh and Andrew Kloser, both juniors at MV, can name a few reasons why you should come see it.
They say the cast and crew of about thirty students have loved working on the show, which they believe is one of the first productions of “Bright Star” in the state. It was nominated for a Tony award in 2016 for Best Musical.
Maquoketa Valley’s musical debuted Friday night, with a performance Saturday night and another Sunday at 2 pm in the high school auditorium in Delhi. All seats are five dollars.
